We specialize in filling permanent full-time positions, Nationwide. Since inception in 1998, ATA Recruiters has been composed of Healthcare professionals who now specialize in Recruitment. ATA Recruiters.com provides professional recruitment services to Organizations, Nationwide. ATA Recruiters are members of the California Staffing Professionals and PIHRA and follow their best practice standards. Why should I use ATA Recruiters? ATA Recruiters are all healthcare professionals and experts in all aspects of the hiring process. We know of opportunities that are often not advertised, in institutions and organizations you have never heard of. So working with us expands your ability to find exactly the job that you want. We become your marketing team and can approach Hiring Managers directly with your qualifications in a very professional manner. Working with ATA Recruiters frees you from the hassles surrounding the job search process. We work behind the scenes on your behalf. Is there a charge for your services? There is never a charge to you, as a candidate. The professional recruitment services we provide are reimbursed by the Employers we work with Nationwide. Do you need to know where I have applied? Interviewed? Yes. It is essential for ATA Recruiters to know where you have already applied. As professional recruiters we represent you directly to hiring Managers to whom you have not applied. We need to know if you have been interviewed so that we do not duplicate efforts. Are all your open positions posted? No. We have chosen not to post all job openings because we have found it imposes limits on our services, our candidates and the organizations we work closely with. It is difficult to post all our open positions so you will see general opportunities posted on this site which should serve as a representation of the various positions we recruit for, on an ongoing basis, nationally. Posted Open Positions Tell us what types of employment opportunities you want to hear about. ATA Recruiters looks for opportunities, for you Once we review your work history and speak with you about your career goals, ATA Recruiters can market your qualifications directly, to potential employers. We will market your abilities and qualifications professionally, easing the process for you. Why do you ask me to fill out a Personal Profile? We know the questions that prospective employers want answered. The information on your resume is limited and usually does not cover some of this essential information. By filling out the information on our Personal Profile, we can have directed conversations about career opportunities of interest, specifically to you. Filling out this form avoids repeatedly answering the same questions. If your situation or needs change, this information can be easily updated. How long will it take me to fill out my Personal Profile? It should only take you a few minutes. You can fill it out on-line or print out a copy and FAX it in to our offices. What kind of candidates do you represent? ATA Recruiters represents Healthcare professionals, like you. Candidates must be high caliber professionals with a work history that has prepared them for professional advancement. Most positions require experience, but not all. Your ATA Recruiter will describe positions to you and the requirements/qualifications our employers are looking for. Will I have to take any tests? ATA Recruiters works with a wide range of employers, it depends on the job and the skills they are looking for. You will be advised by your ATA Recruiter if testing will be required. ATA has contracted with Brainbench, a nationally recognized resource for on-line testing, for many of these tests. How about Background Checks and Drug Testing? Today, most employers require these tests prior to starting any job. The way this is accomplished may be done by potential employers after an offer is made or could be done thru ATA Recruiters prior to starting in a new position. Your ATA Recruiter will advise you as you progress through the interview and hiring process. Does ATA Recruiters ever have temporary, part-time or travel assignments? Yes we do. Our primary focus is to provide full time permanent employees to the employers we work with but, from time to time there are short-term assignments available. If you are open to this type of an assignment please let your ATA Recruiter know. Can ATA Recruiters provide me with professional Resume services? Yes. ATA can refer you to professional resume services. Talk with your ATA Recruiter about a referral to a professional resume service provider. Should I provide letters of recommendation? If you have letters of recommendation please include them along with the names and current phone numbers so these professional references can be contacted. Previous job evaluations are another document that you should consider including with your personal profile documents. These documents can be FAXED to ATA Recruiters Toll Free at (888) 900-7708 or emailed to us to be included in your files. |
