| Who is ATA Recruiters? Established in 1998, ATA Recruiters is a full service National e-service Solution Provider for all your Recruitment and Retention needs. Why should we use ATA Recruiters? ATA Recruiters are all Healthcare Professionals who are experts in Recruitment. By working with ATA Recruiters you will expand your reach to candidates. We advertise and recruit nationally and have been building our database of candidates for over 10 years. ATA is able to fill your open positions quickly through our "Total Approach to Healthcare Recruitment" utilizing technology, traditional methods and creative marketing. How do you find us candidates? ATA Recruiters are experts in "Talent Acquisition." We draw in candidates and then magnetize them to your organization. We do this through a "Total Approach to Healthcare Recruitment" networking, accessing our databases, utilizing technology, advertising, job fairs and other creative means of marketing. Our goal is to find you the best candidates, who meet and exceed your organizations needs. Does ATA Recruiters provide Travel Nurses? This is not the focus of ATA Recruiters, we believe in building your team with individuals who will partner with you on a more permanent basis. We recognize that organizations have needs for temporary and short term employees and we can assist you in filling these needs. Let us know your requirements and ATA will send you candidates to fulfill these needs on a temporary or short term basis. Is ATA Recruiters able to prescreen our candidates? ATA Recruiters will prescreen candidates before they are sent to you. If you have special requests or would like ATA to utilize your organizations prescreening forms, we are pleased to incorporate these into our screening processes for your organization. Is ATA able to Test Candidates? ATA provides Pre-employment testing through nationally respected Brainbench. There is an additional fee for this service. How about Background Checks? ATA provides Background Checks through Nationally recognized Arrin Systems. Services Available: Criminal History Screening Social Security Trace Workers compensation screen Reference and Employment Verification Education/Credentials Verification Driving Records Screen What are ATA Recruiters Fees? ATA Recruiters service fees are competitively priced for each of their service areas. Retained Search Contingency Search Temporary/ Short Term/ Temp to Perm On or off-site Recruiter Recruitment Plan Development When are ATA Fees due? Retained Search fees are payable prior to the beginning ATAs Retained Search process. Other Recruitment service fees are due when an appropriate candidate that ATA has referred has been hired and starts to work for your organization. The bill is payable upon the first day of employment. Other, per-use charges will apply for Pre-employment Testing and Background Tests. Can you provide us with On-Site Recruiters? Yes, ATA can provide services on-site. Let us know your specific needs and ATA will provide an "on-site" expert Recruiter to meet your needs. I hear ATA also provides Retention Services.
