ATA Consulting Solutions processes identify your organization’s strengths and weaknesses in the Critical area of Organizational Strategy, Organizational Design and Organizational Culture.
Assessments take the participants through a critical thinking process that prioritizes the "Key Drivers" of their organization within their specific industry. Once completed this will generate reports highlighting the areas that offer the greatest benefit to your organization’s success. This information allows your team to effectively target critical problem areas, allocate resources, and establish a timeline for success.
Assessments employ a six-point interval scale and rank key elements by their perceived impact to achieve strategic intent.

Executive Assessment
Designed to be completed by the executive team; respondents evaluate performance and prioritize critical elements in areas of Strategy, Design, and Culture. 189 Best Practice statements, covering business disciplines. The Executive Assessment takes approximately 90 minutes to complete and can be completed from any computer with access to the Internet. All Assessments can be completed in time blocks or all at once. The Executive Report identifies high impact/low performance areas and gauges executive team alignment.

Organizational Assessment
Designed to capture the perspective of the workforce. A comprehensive, cross-functional survey that allows employees to assess not only their immediate work environment, but the organization as a whole. The Organizational Assessment is a direct subset of the Executive Assessment and includes selected Principal Elements from Strategy, Design and Cultlure. 73 statements, 19 PrincipaL Elements takes 30-45 minutes to complete.Can be completed from any computer with access to the Internet, can be completed in time blocks or all at once. The Organization Report compares the responses of the executive team with the remainder of the organization.

Small Business or Departmental Assessment
Designed to be completed by both executives and employees, the assessment statements and priority rankings are tailored to small companies or departments within a large organization. 75 statements, 25 Principal Elements takes 45-60 minutes to complete.Can be completed from any computer with access to the Internet, can be completed in time blocks or all at once.The Small Business or Departmental Report identifies high impact/low perfdormance areas and provides detailed comparisions.

360 Customer Service Surveys
A convenient, 3-tiered assessment that compares customer, executive and employee perspectives of the overall level of service and quality provided by the organization. These surveys can be customized. The Demo does not include a demonstration of the Customer Service Survey.
